On Monday, November 28th the university faced a great challenge. Due to the quick actions of first responders and the thoughtfulness and resiliency of our students, faculty, and staff, we as a university proved to be BUCKEYE STRONG. We invite all members of the Marion campus to join in support and solidarity of all those touched by the events of November 28th by participating in the following events on the Marion campus.
Standing Together as Buckeyes (An event to show solidarity among the entire Ohio State community)
On Wednesday, November 30th there will be a Stand Together as Buckeyes Gathering at the Ohio State Marion flagpole in the center of campus (Between Morrill Hall and the Alber Student Center) at 12:30 p.m. (In case of inclement weather, we will move to the Library Classroom Building rotunda). This will be an opportunity to assemble in friendship and solace, to share thoughts and provide sentiments of encouragement and strength.

On Tuesday November 29th at 3 p.m. through Friday, December 2nd at 3 p.m. – Signing of the #BuckeyeStrong Banner.
Please take a moment to sign the banner and express well wishes to those impacted on Monday. Banners are located in the
Alber Student Center, Morrill Hall, and the Library Classroom Building.
