Five Nights on Campus

Five Nights on Campus is a performing arts series designed specifically for the residents of the seven-county regional service area of Ohio State Marion and is intended to complement the other entertainment opportunities available in the area. This series features a variety of performance styles from classical music to blues & jazz, with an opportunity for the audience to meet with artists at a reception at the end of each evening. The mission of Five Nights is to provide exceptional and diverse cultural and educational opportunities and to encourage the community to be a part of campus life.

Liverpool Lads

Thursday, October 8, 2026, 7:30 p.m. 

Based in Northeast Ohio, The Liverpool Lads have been entertaining audiences and exceeding expectations at venues across the region since 2009. Their performances pack in as much Beatles music from 1962–1970 as possible, delivering not only the beloved hits but also deeper cuts, B‑sides, and album tracks. The group performs in full costume and uses replica vintage instruments to recreate the authentic Beatles sound and experience. Comprised of four dedicated musicians, The Liverpool Lads give their all for Beatles fans at every show.

Channeling the spirit of icons like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nancy Sinatra, and Bobby Darin, this powerhouse duo brings decades of singing, dancing, and acting talent to the stage. Their acclaimed Swingin’ Affair has wowed audiences nationwide, from nightclubs to concerts to corporate events, earning rave reviews and major awards. A feel good celebration of timeless music and unforgettable showmanship.

America has loved the swinging sounds of female close-harmony groups even before The Andrews Sisters hit the airwaves with “Bei Mir Bist Du Schön” in 1937, but audiences will hear those great vintage songs with fresh ears when America’s Sweethearts take the stage in their fresh and vibrant show! These New York City-based ladies have performed across the USA at iconic spaces honoring our veterans.

From the roaring Gatsby era through the timeless sounds of Fats Waller and Ella Fitzgerald, Bent String brings early American roots music, acoustic blues, and jazz classics to life. Fronted by the stunning vocals of Kari Ann Rutushin, this dynamic quintet features Reed Simon on hot violin, Tri‑C Jazz legend Joe Hunter on piano, Kevin Richards on arch‑top guitars, and Cleveland Blues Hall of Famer Raymond DeForest on upright bass. A vibrant celebration of swing and soul.
