After a short stint at a private university in the south, Ohio State Marion junior biology major and Marion, Ohio native Kiersten Dailey has set big goals for her educational journey and future career as a doctor. According to Dailey, the campus has given her all the tools and support she needs to achieve her goals.

Ohio State President Walter “Ted” Carter Jr. today announced that Ross Bjork will become the university’s next senior vice president and Wolfe Foundation-Eugene Smith Endowed Athletics Director, pending approval by the Board of Trustees. Bjork, who has more than 30 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics, will begin his tenure as athletics director at Ohio State on July 1, 2024.

Examine the textiles that gave the Silk Road its name, and travel across the trade routes that connected the cultures of Afro-Eurasia for centuries as The Ohio State University at Marion hosts a special art exhibition of textiles, jewelry, and gemstones titled, “The Silk Road” in the Wayne & Geraldine Kuhn Fine Arts Gallery in Morrill Hall, January 22 through March 15, 2024.
