About this event

Jeremiah Whittington is a mechanical engineer at ArcelorMittal Tubular Productsin Marion, Ohio. His current focus is supporting production improvements to increase quality throughput and reduce downtimethrough developing current and new production methods and project management.

Whittington has worked in the engineering field for the past twenty-one years, holding many different responsibilities that include: maintaining and improving existing equipment to assistin production needs, designing and building new equipment used in current production and implementing secondary processes for material to improve production throughput. Whittington has extensive experience in product development from the initial concept of design through the development process/stage, and mass production implementation at Cardington Yutaka & North America Yutaka Group. All these activitiesare from the perspective of entry-level through management positions. Whittington also oversees and directs members in various areas with the directive of developing parts as a Tier One supplier to Honda.
