North Central District Science Day
Navigation: Return to Science Fair Homepage // Marion Area Science & Engineering Fair
Normally, all students in grades 5-12 who earn a Superior rating in their local, city, or county Science Days, and who are enrolled in any school in the district (including home schooling), are eligible to enter the North Central District Science Day. Students compete at North Central District Science Day for an opportunity to participate in State Science Day, to be held at the Columbus campus of The Ohio State University.
What is different in 2022?
New for 2022, Students will not need to qualify for a Virtual District Science Day by participating in a local or independent science fair. Rather, any student in District 3 who completes a project will be able to register directly into the North Central District Science Day for the opportunity to advance to State Science Day. Specifically, this will reduce the pressure and need to host a local fair in these very uncertain times.
