Maynard Hall - Opened in 2005, Maynard Hall is named after Ohio State Marion's first Dean & Director, Eugene Maynard. The building houses campus administration and administrative offices.

Alber Student Center - The Alber Student Center is named after Marion philanthropist, George H. Alber. Alber left a gift of $16 million to the campus, which now provides on average $400-$700 thousand in scholarships to Marion area students annually. The Alber Student Center will be renovated in summer 2020 to include upgraded fitness center, dining, and cafe experience for students.

Marion Campus Bell Tower - The Marion Campus Bell Tower was erected in memory of Dorothy T. and George H. Alber. 1929 graduates of The Ohio State University, George H. Alber built a successful international fertilizer business in Marion and left a record $16 million gift to the campus. His name and impact on campus can still be felt today.

Science & Engineering Building - The 32,0000 sq. ft. building, which opened for classes during the autumn semester 2017, features research labs for faculty in each discipline, faculty/student collaboration spaces, and new biology, chemistry, earth science, engineering, and teaching labs. In addition, a special time walk throughout the building traces earth’s history, and mammoth bones excavated by campus faculty and students in 1976 are also on permanent display. The Science and Engineering Building is equipped with a host of sustainability features, such as: on-demand lighting, computer controlled greenhouse, white roof for energy efficiency, four electric vehicle charging stations, heat recovery from fume hoods and HVAC, and solar panels that will provide 2-3% of the facilities electricity. All waste materials from construction of were recycled. Ohio State Marion has applied for LEED Silver certification.

Library Classroom Building - Designed by the same architect Moody Nolan that designed Ohio State's Jerome Schottenstein Center, the Library Classroom Building houses the Marion Campus Library, part of the university and state library system, as well as classrooms, and state of the art computer labs

Larry R Yoder Prairie Learning Laboratory - The Larry R. Yoder Prairie Learning Laboratory is a tall grass prairie restoration located on the Ohio State Marion campus. The restoration project was started by a small and highly dedicated group of people in 1977 and the site has grown and changed quite a bit since then. Today, more than 11 acres of restored tall grass prairie are a showpiece on the campus and an attraction for the surrounding communities. The Prairie Learning Lab is where the community has been connecting with tall grass prairies since 1977.

Founders Grove - Located in the center of campus rests a grove of Buckeye trees, each with a plaque at its base, dedicated to each community leader that was part of making Ohio State Marion a reality. Founders Grove is a historic look back at those who helped donate the land and lobby to have Ohio State classes brought to Marion. In the center of Buckeye grove proudly flies the block O flag, emblematically linking the campus to the greater university.

Morrill Hall - Built in 1968, Morrill Hall was the first building on the Marion campus. As part of campus expansion and moving science labs, classrooms, and support staff from Morrill Hall third floor to the new $15.5 million dollar Science and Engineering Building, Ohio State Marion undertook a massive renovation project, upgrading the third floor to modern student lounge, collaboration, research, and study space. Opened autumn 2018, the remodeled area is firmly branded, featuring block O tile on the floor that runs the expanse of the space, scarlet and gray walls/furnishings, and multiple table and study configurations outfitted with charging stations. The building is also home to the Kuhn Fine Arts Gallery and Morrill Hall Auditorium (seats 418).

About Campus:
Co‐located with Marion Technical College on 187 acres of land, including an eleven‐acre reconstructed native prairie, The Ohio State University at Marion was founded in 1957 and throughout its history has closely partnered with its communities. As a result, several successful fundraising and capital campaigns have yielded great benefits to the campus, including over $1 million in aid and scholarships annually for students, financial support for the GoBuck$ initiative with the Marion City Schools (through which K‐12 students meeting social and academic expectations earn tuition vouchers for Ohio State Marion), and support for the newly opened Science and Engineering building and a bike/walking path around campus. Ohio State Marion is the higher education partner for the GEAR UP grant at Marion City Schools. First rate faculty, including a long list of University Alumni Distinguished Teaching Award winners, play a critical role in extending access to The Ohio State University to students seeking the unique experiences offered at Ohio State Marion. The new Science and Engineering Building supports the first and most of the second year of the university’s general engineering curriculum and a newly introduced four‐year degree in biology.

The Ohio State University at Marion offers students the advantage of completing many Ohio State academic programs in a small-campus setting with the resources of a world-class university. Sociology/Criminology Engineering Ohio State Marion offers the first full year of coursework towards an Ohio State degree in engineering and select second-year course offerings in the areas of computer science engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering, in addition to growing the general education curriculum for engineering.
