The Ohio State University at Marion in collaboration with the Harding Home Presidential Site, the Ohio History Connection, Marion Technical College, the Marion Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, and the Marion Public Library, welcome presidential enthusiasts and historians from across the country to the 2017 Warren G. Harding Symposium, “The Great War: How America Came of Age,” July 14-16.
The Ohio State University at Marion invites the community to attend the 45th Annual Norman Thomas Memorial Lecture, Tuesday, April 11th, 12 p.m., in Maynard Hall's Guthery Community Room on the Marion campus. This year’s guest speaker is Senior Policy Director at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Mike Brickner. Brickner will present a lecture entitled, “Civil Liberties in the Age of Trump.”
The United Way of Marion County awarded The Ohio State University at Marion’s Pay It Forward Program with its Community Partner Award at the organization’s Annual Meeting and Celebration, held Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
