About this event

Buckeye Strength – Women’s Edition is a supportive, six-week fitness class designed to help women build both physical strength and confidence in the gym. Through guided workouts, participants will learn proper techniques, explore strength training equipment, and progress at their own pace in an encouraging, judgment-free environment. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to grow your routine, this program focuses on empowering participants to feel strong, capable, and confident in their fitness journey—inside and outside the gym. The first three weeks will be in the Alber Student Center Multipurpose Room, and the last three weeks will be in the Alber Student Center Fitness Center.
