The Ohio State University at Marion invites community members to discover, develop, and share their personal stories through Your Story, Well Told, a free three-part storytelling workshop made possible through the generous support of the Marion Community Foundation as part of the America 250 celebration.
The three-part workshop will take place at the Ohio State Marion Downtown Engagement Hub and will cover the full storytelling process:

Part 1: Finding the Right Memory

Part 2: Crafting the Story
Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2027

Part 3: On Your Feet
Tuesday, March 23, 2027
2–4 p.m.
Participation is limited to 10 individuals, and attendance at all three sessions is required. There is no cost to participate. No previous storytelling experience is necessary, and participants do not need to have a story selected before applying. Applications are now being accepted through Friday, Nov. 6, 2026. Participants selected for the workshop will be notified by email on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026.
