This event request is for the Annual Veterans Day recognition held by the flagpole east of Morrill Hall. This event convenes the whole Marion campus community for a short ceremony, hosted by Eric Bailey, Military Community Advocate and student veteran, along with other military connected students on campus. The history of Armistice Day will be shared, a poem, the wreath laying, and the playing of Taps by members of the Music Club.
