Free event & open to the public, free dinner will be served. Each family will leave with a bag of groceries containing the ingredients and recipe for a family meal! ON THE AGENDA... Take Charge: Everyday Choices for Cancer Prevention Good news: you may have more influence over your cancer risk than you might think. This empowering presentation with a focus on healthy nutrition will break down the science of cancer prevention into clear, doable steps that fit real life. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your health habits, you’ll walk away inspired and ready to act! This is an adult event.
