Intermediate/Advanced Session

Every Thursday Mar 20 - Apr 17 (after Spring Break) 

This class will focus on building strength while utilizing free weights to maximize results. Form will be the focus as we learn and build strength in the squat, deadlift, bench press, and other functional movements. Please make sure to bring your own water and towel.
