Cassady McAvoy

Cassady graduated from The Ohio State University at Marion in the spring of 2022 with her bachelor’s degree in social work. Since then, she has become a licensed social worker, and has been a practicing therapist over the previous two years. Cassady will be serving the Marion Campus as a whole and will be able to connect students from both campuses to services and resources on and off campus. Cassady has lived in Marion County for most of her life and graduated from River Valley High School. During the 2021-2022 school year, Cassady had the opportunity to be in the Counseling and Wellness Center for her field placement. Since graduation, Cassady has gotten married and prioritized building her knowledge and social work skills. Cassady is excited to be back on the Marion campus and looks forward to future support Marion campus students.
