Ohio State Marion faculty, Senior Biology Lecturer, Melissa Petreaca; Senior English Lecturer, Peter Dully; and Assistant Professor of Evolution, Ecology, and Organismal Biology, Jonathan Calede were formally recognized with the 2023 Marion Campus Teaching Excellence Award during the campus's annual Academic Recognition Ceremony, Friday, April 21, in Morrill Hall Auditorium.

Recycling of Marion was honored with the Ralph Howard Service Award Friday, April 21, at 6:30 p.m. in Morrill Hall Auditorium during the campus's annual Academic Recognition Ceremony.

One test plus 100 students from six local schools equals $18,500 in scholarship funds awarded at the annual OSU MTC Marion Math Competition. Students from Elgin, Marion Harding, North Union, Pleasant, Ridgedale and River Valley came to the Marion campus to compete.
