Ohio State's *nationally ranked College of Engineering currently offers 15 engineering major programs which span the breadth of careers within the profession. Admission into each engineering major program is competitive and based on a student's academic performance in foundational courses. Of the 15 engineering majors in the College of Engineering, Ohio State Marion offers the first full year of coursework towards an Ohio State degree in engineering and select second-year course offerings in the areas of computer science engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering, in addition to growing the general education curriculum for engineering. Ohio State Marion also offers all coursework for the Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology.
