Outreach
The Student Opportunity Development Fund is now available thanks to the generosity of Ohio State’s English Lecturer, Pete Dully. The fund finances opportunities for students to pursue unusual or adventuresome activities outside the classroom that would not otherwise be accessible to them. Funds are provided with the intent of broadening students’ engagement with the world outside Central Ohio.

The Ohio State University has received new state grant funding from the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES) to create and expand programming to help undergraduate and graduate students cope with stress, anxiety, depression and burnout associated with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Students from ATI-Wooster, Marion, Mansfield, Newark, and Lima campuses came together in a virtually ceremony Sunday, October 18, 2 p.m. to crown a king and queen from each of the regional campuses, celebrating Ohio State’s homecoming tradition.

Research and Innovation
Hannah M. Hylton, a senior biology pre-med major attending The Ohio State University at Marion, was one of a select group of students university-wide to receive a Pelotonia Undergraduate Fellowship Award through The James: The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, which provides research fellowships to the best and brightest Ohio State University undergraduate students who are invested in cancer research.
