Q: What are your top 3 goals you’ve had for yourself since you’ve started school here? How has attending Ohio State Marion help you achieve those goals?
A: My 3 main goals that I set for myself included, getting involved as much as I can on campus, making the most of my college career, and gaining some life and leadership skills. Getting a job on campus, as well as joining the social work club, has helped me tremendously in reaching my goals. My network has grown. I have gotten great opportunities, and I have been able to make the most of my college career because of how involved I have gotten.
Q: How has your experience here at the Ohio State Marion shape who you are today and who you want to be tomorrow?
A: Being on this campus I have been granted the opportunity to really grow as a leader and become even more outgoing than what I already am. Again, working here, attending class here, and getting involved in clubs and activities has benefited me and grown me as a person.
Q: In your opinion, what was the biggest benefit of going to school here?
A: The biggest benefit to me is that I get the opportunity to gain and maintain close relationships with friends, as well as the ability to be known by my professors and others on campus, while still being a Buckeye.
Q: How would you describe your Ohio State Marion college experience?
A: My experience has been beyond amazing. It is incredible the amount of opportunities that I have gotten on this campus. Plus it is almost crazy to me to be a familiar face by many on campus. I have grown my network and have had the best time here. Very proud to be a Buckeye. It has been a fantastic experience.
Q: Where do you see yourself 10 years from now with the Ohio State diploma you have earned?
A: I see myself working as a school social worker and helping children along by being an empowerment coach and speaker for victims and survivors of sexual violence. I hope to help bring change to people's lives.
