Honing your leadership skills

Ohio State Marion supervisors recently celebrated the culmination of yearlong leadership training module called, Journey to Eminence, facilitated by the Alber Enterprise Center. The training, which begin in April 2013, provided skills review in a number of areas ranging from strengths-based training, critical thinking, and embracing change to time management, conflict management, and much more. A small subcommittee of recent Journey to Eminence grads now hope to share these training modules with fellow staff on the Marion campus over the coming year.
