Crowning Ceremony

Ohio State Marion Homecoming Court members Taylor Hightower, Ashley Irvin, Emily Levings, Jacob Kroh, Austin Richards, and Dixon Shapiro joined alumni club and university representatives, family, friends, and fellow students from all of Ohio State’s regional campuses at the Longaberger Alumni House on Friday, October 9, 2015 to learn which court members would represent their campus as homecoming queen and king at the 2015 Regional Campus Homecoming Court Crowning Ceremony. Sophomore philosophy major Austin Richards and senior education major Emily Levings were selected as this year’s Ohio State Marion Homecoming King and Queen. Students were selected based on the strength of their campus and community involvement, grade point average, interviews, and student vote on each campus. Since 2011, homecoming courts with a king and queen have been selected from each of Ohio State’s regional campuses in Newark, ATI, Lima, Marion and Mansfield. (Photos courtesy of Louis Hominga)
