The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) shared this year's Nobel Peace Prize "for their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change."
The three working groups of the IPCC (the physical science basis; impacts, adaptation, and vulnerability; and mitigation of climate change) issued assessment reports in 2007. This talk will focus on what the reports say about human effects on Earth.
