These students were awarded a $1,200.00 scholarship payable to the student's account through the University each of the following 2 semesters.   Each of the students forwarded an application to the committee that included their academic grades, class standing, extracurricular activities both in and out of school, letters of recommendation, work commitments, and their reasons for wanting to attend The Ohio State University.

Russ McBride chairs the committee.  Other committee members are Ann Wickersham, Peggy Cooperider, Marlene Temple, Ruth Oehler, and Ted Temple.

The local Alumni Club was able to provide  many scholarships due to the success of the 2013 Big Ten Buckeye Bash.  Congratulations to the winners of the 2014 scholarship program.

A non-traditional scholarship was awarded to Stephanie Austin in the amount of $1,000.00.  Her award was paired with the Bob Wright Memorial fund and the OSU Alumni Club of Marion County.  Stephanie will finish her schooling and graduate with a Psychology degree.
