Ready? Set?...Finals!

Join us for an opportunity to prepare yourself to take on finals week!

This 2 workshop series will help empower students to manage finals week in a balanced and healthy way.  Attend either workshop or both.  No RSVP or signup is required, come and go as your schedule allows.

The workshops will address:

• Organization
• Relaxation
• Cognitive restructuring
• Healthy behavioral techniques
• Emotional regulation

Workshops will be held:
Tuesday November 27th & December 4th from 12:20 to 1:10 p.m. in Room 296 in Morrill Hall
