A - Students will login using their OSU username and password (name.#) to login to the computers at the 
Delaware Campus.

Q - What open computer labs are available?  Answer...

A - There are 36 computers available in the Learning Center computer lab for student use. Learning Center

Librarians are available to help students conduct research for their class assignments and use electronic resources. Reference books are also available for use in the Learning Center. Students may request items from our Columbus State ERC/Library or through OhioLINK and pick them up at the Delaware Campus.

A - Printing is free at the Learning Center. Students with small print jobs should print to the
MO 149 printer and students with larger print jobs, such as those over 30 pages, should print to the MO 147 printer, which will allow students to duplex and staple print jobs under Print Properties.

A - Yes, the copier is located directly on your left as you enter the front doors of Moeller Hall. There is a charge to use the copier, it is coin operated and is available with a cost of $0.05 per page.

A - To access the computers in classrooms and faculty offices at the Delaware Campus, please login using your name.#@ohio-­‐state.edu and your University password. For example: if my username is aquino.13@osu.edu, then I would login with the username: aquino.13@ohio-­‐state.edu and then use my current OSU password.

Q -  Is there a copier available for faculty use? Answer...

A - If so, where is it located and do I need a code or card to access it? Yes, multi-­‐functional devices (copy, print, fax,scan) are available in DA 130 and DA 136 for faculty and Admin building staff. Faculty and staff are encouraged to use duplicating services for larger print jobs that can be completed using the high capacity printer on campus. There are duplication request forms available in DA 136. Faculty may also use the equipment in MO 147 or 107 if they need copies while they are in MO. MO 107 is best for very small jobs because the unit there is not a high capacity printer. Everyone uses a code to copy, scan or fax. Our office services group is generating a faculty code and a staff code.

Q -  How do I login or access the OSU wireless at the Delaware Campus? Answer...

A - http://wireless.osu.edu/ Existing OSU Wireless users with a lastname.#w username and password must go to my.osu.edu to change their password before being able to use the Ohio State Username and password.
YOU MUST GO TO MY.OSU.EDU TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AND ACTIVATE YOUR WIRELESS!!! OSU wireless is available at the Delaware Campus. To gain access to the wireless at the Delaware Campus, you will need to configure your laptop or device using the following instructions: http://8help.osu.edu/2711.html This wireless network is the same wireless that is available on OSU Main Campus. So, if you are currently connecting to Main Campus wireless, you will be able to access wireless at Delaware Campus without any additional configuration.
After configuring your device to connect to the wireless, all you have to do is connect to the wireless network named “osuwireless”. You will then be prompted to enter your name.# and password.
If you are experiencing problems connecting to OSU wireless, please call the OSU Helpdesk at x4357 or 614-­‐688-­‐HELP (4357). Technicians are available to assist users in connecting to OSU wireless. 13.)
